Perfect for company or date nights, this dish has tons of flavor and comes together very quickly.
Creamy Shrimp and Bacon Pasta
1lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve 2 Tbs of bacon grease)
1 lb fettuccine pasta, cooked
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 cup frozen peas
1 bag Baby Spinach
In a skillet, heat 1 Tbs oil, add the garlic and onion, saute until soft. Add the shrimp, cook until almost done.
Add the cooked bacon and Alfredo sauce, heat until shrimp are cooked through.
Add the frozen peas and bag of spinach, stir and cook until spinach is wilted and peas are heated through.
Toss with cooked fettuccine pasta, serve.
