Avocado Chocolate Pudding


Sometimes you need a chocolate fix! This recipe is delicious and healthy. We have it for breakfast on occasion; the girls love it.

Avocado Chocolate Pudding





Ingredients

2 large avocados, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup milk
Pinch of cinnamon

Blend all ingredients together in food processor or blender until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy!

I still struggle with the idea of avocado in dishes like this. I don't know why because I do love avocados. I'm inspired by this recipe though (as well as the looks on your girl's faces!), so I'll be brave and give this a try.
