Cranberry-Dijon Pork Tenderloin Tutorial (FREEZER MEAL)

This another one of those "gallon bag wonders" that take about 2 minutes to assemble and get into the freezer. Then, when your ready to cook, just thaw in the fridge overnight and pour the contents into your crockpot, cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Cranberry-Dijon Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

1 can of whole cranberry sauce (not jellied)
1 package of onion soup mix
1 (3-4lb) raw pork tenderloin (or pork roast)
2 Tbs Dijon mustard

To assemble: Label the Ziploc bag. Combine all ingredients in the bag and freeze.

To reheat: Thaw overnight in the fridge. The next morning, pour into your crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. No extra liquid is needed.

You've inspired me! Two days ago I made 15 freezer meals, many of them from this website!... question: What do you usually cook with this porkloin? I froze two of them.

My husband LOVED this. LOVED! Def a keeper for the rotation, thanks! As for a nice side dish as another person asked -- we did sweet potato casserole once and that went nice. Or glazed carrots is on my list for the next one.

Made this for the first time tonight. I have tried a few of the freezer meals, and this is the first one that I really liked. Hubby said, "flavor is exploding in my mouth!!".. talk about that for a compliment. I took the pork out when it was done and let it sit while I made gravy out of the juices. I served it with couscous and carrots.
